The Turpin Orchestra Boosters Association (TOBA) is a parent-run organization that supports Turpin High School's orchestra students in their music education by promoting engagement, enjoyment and excellence in all orchestra activities.
What is our mission?
Our mission is to support our students and orchestra director so they will have a successful and enjoyable year. Year after year, TOBA parents come together to fill in the gaps where needed. We organize social and fundraising activities, provide chaperones for trips, assist the orchestra director, and generally help in any way we can. We want to help our children and their orchestra classmates succeed in their efforts to become better musicians. It shows our students that we care about them. And we want all orchestra parents to be informed about what is happening in the musical life of our children.

What is the role of TOBA?
- Help with concertwear fittings and coordinate alterations
- Raise funds through a membership drive, Kroger Rewards Program, the December poinsettia sale, and other activities
- Organize hospitality for pre-/post-concert events
- Assist the director with administrative duties
- Provide chaperones for competitions and field trips
- Photograph/record events
- Recognize our graduating seniors
- Keep parents informed through Facebook, email, and this website
